4. The water pipe is damaged and the water pump sucks in air, resulting in insufficient coolant delivery. The cooling effect is reduced.
5. The electronic components of the cooling system (thermostat, cooling fan) are damaged.
6. The engine cylinder gasket is leaking (may be accompanied by water backflow).
7. The air filter is clogged, causing poor engine combustion.
8. The fan belt is too loose or the fan is too far away from the water tank (radiator), which affects heat dissipation.
9. The oil filter element is too dirty.
10. The forklift load is too high. When the forklift engine works under heavy load, it will generate more heat. Especially when climbing with heavy load, it is very easy for the water temperature to be too high. It is necessary to appropriately reduce the work intensity and strengthen maintenance.
