When the temperature is high and the work is high-intensity, it is inevitable that the water temperature of the loader will be too high. Especially when the heat dissipation components fail, the problem of excessive temperature is particularly serious. The main manifestations are that the water temperature is too high and the cooling efficiency is poor, which will reduce the strength and life of the parts, and cause parts to become stuck and damaged. So what should you do when the loader water temperature is too high? Let's take a look!
1. Open the radiator water filler cap and check. If the cooling water in the radiator is calm, it means that the thermostat is working normally. Otherwise, it means that the thermostat is not working properly. This is because when the water temperature is lower than 70 degree , the thermostat expansion cylinder is in a contracted state and the main valve is closed. When the water temperature is higher than 80 degree , the expansion cylinder expands, the main valve gradually opens, and the circulating water in the radiator begins to flow.
2. When the water temperature gauge indicates below 70 degree , if there is water flowing in the radiator inlet pipe and the water temperature is warm, the thermostat main valve is not closed tightly, causing the cooling water to circulate prematurely.
3. Inspection after the water temperature rises: In the early stages of engine operation, the water temperature rises rapidly. For example, when the water temperature gauge indicates 80 and the temperature rise rate slows down, it indicates that the thermostat is working normally. On the other hand, if the water temperature continues to rise rapidly and the boiling water suddenly overflows when the internal pressure reaches a certain level, it indicates that the main valve is stuck.
